Mulberry Wood Wharf Primary agrees to:
- Encourage children to do their best at all times.
- Ensure that children treat school materials and property with care.
- Contact parents if there is a problem with attendance or punctuality.
- Listen to children and fairly deal with incidents brought to our attention.
- Inform parents about what the teacher aims to teach each term.
- Inform parents of their child’s progress at regular intervals.
- Set and monitor homework on a regular basis.
Parent/Carer or Legal Guardian
I agree to:
- Ensure that my child comes to school regularly and on time.
- Support the school if my child has to be disciplined.
- Inform the school about concerns or problems that might affect my child’s behaviour.
- Attend parents’ evenings, assemblies, informal discussions and parent’s meetings to help understand better how my child learns.
- Provide my child with a P.E. and swimming kit in line with school policy.
- Ensure that my child completes the work they bring home.
- Behave appropriately whilst on school premises and set an example for all the school’s children in how to care for their school materials, property and surroundings.
